Conquering Hope Blueprint, Inc. is dedicated to empowering communities by providing mentorship to at-risk youth, equitable access to safe and affordable housing, education, literacy programs, wraparound support services, technology, economic and infrastructure development, trauma support, and social justice advocacy.
Through a holistic approach, we strive to create opportunities, strengthen communities, and equip individuals and families with the tools needed to achieve stability, personal growth, and a brighter future.

Every morning I step into a classroom, I am reminded of exactly why this work matters. Our children — regardless of their zip code, their circumstances, or the obstacles placed before them — carry within them an unlimited capacity for greatness.
Conquering Hope Blueprint was born from the belief that community is not just where we live — it is what we build together. As President and Executive Director, I am committed to ensuring that every family we serve has access to the resources, mentorship, and support they need to write their own story of success.

I grew up in South Dade public housing. I know what it feels like to wonder whether the world has a place for you. I also know what it feels like when one person — one mentor, one teacher, one advocate — changes the entire trajectory of your life.
That is why I wrote Conquering Hope: The Life You Were Destined to Live, and it is why Stacy and I founded this organization. Hope is not passive. Hope is a blueprint — a plan, a commitment, a daily action.
For over a decade, we have been building that blueprint alongside the communities of South Florida. We are more focused and more determined than ever. Every resource we provide, every mentor we connect, every family we stabilize is another line drawn in the blueprint for a better tomorrow. Thank you for being part of this mission.

Built by leaders who have lived the mission — advocates, attorneys, educators, and public servants committed to South Florida's most vulnerable families.
Born and raised in Dixon, Kentucky, Stacy earned her Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and her B.A. in Business from the University of Kentucky, where she is a charter member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority. An educator with Miami-Dade County Public Schools honored as Rookie Teacher of the Year, she co-founded 2NOIT Media & Publishing and has championed the Christmas Happy Toy Drive and Y.A.L.E. programming for over a decade. Her life motto: the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.
A Miami-Dade County Commissioner and former Florida House Minority Leader, Kionne grew up in South Dade public housing and earned degrees from Howard University and Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He is the author of the Amazon bestseller Conquering Hope: The Life You Were Destined to Live, a national motivational speaker, adjunct professor, and founder of Y.A.L.E. His career — spanning the courtroom, the legislature, and the community — is the living blueprint this organization embodies.
